Royale (Semi-Coordination)
Perfect for couples who have already started with the preparation but later decide to seek the help of experienced wedding planners. Upon the take-over is the turn-over of all other planning preparations and the contracts made to some vendors.
Our Service Royale covers the following:
- review of existing contracts with the chosen suppliers
- set up of appointments with vendors not yet contacted
- attend to other details needed for the wedding
- vendors and suppliers follow-up, schedule visit if necessary
- supervision of venue set-up
- provision of complete wedding planner/countdown
- planning of schedule for the big day
- follow-up of guests who have not RSVP'd
