Ceremony Venue Coordination
- checking of delivery and set-up of floral arrangements
- handle ceremony set-up and seating arrangement
- checking of arrival of musicians, choir, priest, lectors, vendors, offerants, and wedding entourage
- distribution of flowers/corsages and misalettes
- briefing of the entourage of their duties and responsibilities
- cue of processional, offertory, signing of contracts, pictorial, recessional
- monitoring of wedding rites and troubleshooting
Reception Venue Coordination
- review of table lay-out and physical arrangement
- handle reception set-up and seating arrangement
- confirmation of delivery and set-up of cakes, flowers, sound system, etc.
- supervision of arrival of musicians, entertainers/singers, emcees, etc.
- registration of guests and gifts
- facilitation of the reception program
- cue of pictorial, guestbook signing, and distribution of wedding favors
- turn-over of the Client's payments to suppliers and suppliers' receipts to Client, upon Client's request only
- endorsement of gifts, left-over food, and other supplies/materials after the reception to the Client's trustee
